There are some domains which make caching difficult, thanks to stupid
configurations.

I used to have a problem with Red Hat Linux 8 & 9 where BIND would be
very slow at responding, but things changed in the updates to it since
then.  I never found out what the cause was.

And I'd imagine some levels of logging might lag things up a bit.
