While that answer does clarify Fedora's position on Firefox2, it doesn't
actually provide a useful answer to his problem.

What I do is outlined here:  http://fedoranews.org/tchung/firefox/

Now, the site specifically gives spec files for Firefox 1.5.0.6...all I do
is edit the spec file, changing the version number, and voila...Firefox
2.0.0.3 under Fedora 5 and/or 6.
