Being Devil's Advocate here, I think RedHat has to limit it's liability
completely, as FC is a free product and if some sore head claims that he
was offed because his favorite <fill-in-the-blank> wasn't provided or
failed to work as expected then they might try to sue RH for some
off-the-wall damages. The official RH offering is bound to a contract
that spells out the liabilities and coverages, so disclaiming a
fiduciary interest, in a freebie, is the only way to do this at all.
