If you're looking for the file-like interface,
it's /proc/sys/vm/swappiness.

Otherwise, you can use the "vm.swappiness" sysctl. Run
"sysctl -w vm.swappiness=0" as root. That is a per-boot thing, so if you
want it to be a permanent, add a line that reads as follows to
your /etc/sysctl.conf file as root:

vm.swappiness = 0
