All;

I copied the knoppix /etc/X11/xorg.conf file into the local FC5 /etc/X11 dir
and now I can login and run startx to get a gnome graphical interface.

However, the system does not give me a graphical login screen, plus I cannot
run KDE (startkde error's out).

Any ideas on how to fix this?
