Strange but I looked for the new download for 9.0.31 at
http://www.adobe.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash&P2_Platform=Linux&P3_Browser_Version=Netscape4
but when I downloaded the file it seems to have exactly the same file in it as
for the beta version 9.0.21.78 !

Did you check that the version really is the new one?
