$ locate tmpwatch
/etc/cron.daily/tmpwatch
/usr/sbin/tmpwatch
/usr/share/man/man8/tmpwatch.8.gz

What happens if you give it the full path?

( /usr/sbin/tmpwatch instead of just tmpwatch )
