NIC not working under xen kernel

Hi

I installed a new system. Intel SE7525RP2 with two xeon processors.
It has a marvell technology gigbit NIC onboard. This nic works well when
I am running a normal smp kernel but doesnt work when I boot into xen
kernel. The required module sky2 is getting loaded but it doesnt pick up
the interface. I still cant see the interface eth0. Any thoughts
