No, that's from an older edition. Even the cover they show on their site is from the previous edition at the moment, it looks like the new edition just came out.
They mention in the article you can read the interview with Jeremy Katz here http://www.linuxformat.co.uk/katz.html but it is a 404 at the moment. -Andy
