This I will sound off on. It may help

Nobody likes whining.

We all understand when the frustration boils over because we have all
been there ourselves.

It is expected that people learn to process through their frustration
and ask for help / ideas on how to solve a problem.

It is normal for a harsh reaction when someone spouts out their
unfiltered frustration because this is mostly volunteer work and when
you get to something like an new version of more 'edge' prone Fedora,
toss in a kernel from testing, some people don't tolerate a rant about
why it doesn't work.
