download source rpm

edit the specfile - probably something like '--with-mysql'

rebuild rpm using the edited specfile

install the built rpms

in the postfix spec, make MySQL 1

rpmbuild /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/postfix.spec
rpm -i postfix-2.3.3-2.i386.rpm
