Would anyone have any advice on setting up a SOHO router on a FC5 box? We may have some machines in the NAT that need to be accessed from the public side.

Any help / links to tutorials would be great!

Of course you can use FC5, but if all you need is just a NAT router (with maybe some extra features), you're better off using something like monowall ( http://m0n0.ch/wall/) which works "out of the box" and has a nice web-based interface.
