Hey, that disc is CRASHED! What part of CRASHED do you not understand?
Be glad you can find ANYTHING AT ALL on it.

Now you know why you should be doing regular backups.

You may be able to recover the data using dd_rescue, by copying the partition to
another disc or partition.
