kernel-2.6.17-1.2174_FC5.src.rpm

After that it depends on what you need: compile the kernel "as it is",
in that case, just install the binary and no compilation is required (so
the sources are useless!!!)

To adapt the kernel to fit your own desires, you have to install
kernel-doc package and read the doc....
