When running vmware-config.pl, I get the following impasse:

«What is the location of the directory of C header files that match your running
kernel? [/usr/src/linux/include]

The path "/usr/src/linux/include" is not an existing directory.»

Any ideas?
I think you will have to install some development tools, what you do
not have is the source of your kernel if I am not wrong.

I think is only a
yum install [something] thing,
