Well, you might argue that you're not making an ISO image, just that ISO
is part of the file name.  You'd just be making a "raw" copy of the bits
read off the disc.  You could name it something else to be less
confusing.  e.g. of=audio.disc

NB:  The use of "raw", above, just referring to "as it was, unmodified,"
not meaning any particular type of data construct.
