Top banana!!!!

Deleted them all, added the ppd ones from the web interface and the sysV
ones from the command line using lpadmin, all seems fine now, thanks for
that, looking forward to FC6!!!

Just delete them in system-config-printer and click apply.  Then don't
run system-config-printer again until FC6. :-)
