I'm trying to switch to a usb keyboard. It works perfectly
in linux, but in the grub menu, I have no keyboard.

So I find an option in my BIOS that says enable USB keyboard
support, turn it on, and grub works perfectly, but now linux
doesn't see the keyboard.

Is there any combination that will let both grub and linux
work at the same time :-).

I see some gibberish in the BIOS about "gate A20" with
options that read kind of like "Do you walk to school
or carry your lunch?", perhaps it also needs to be
set just right for both to work?
