Setting up NTP for multicast client service

We have a network with Cisco routers that are set up to sync with
external time servers... and multicast announcements.

I can't seem to get FC5 set up as a client, however, and was wondering
what I missed:

# ntpq -c peer
     remote refid st t when poll reach delay offset jitter
==============================================================================
*LOCAL(0)        LOCAL(0)        10 l   50   64  377    0.000    0.000   0.001
#

I added "-m" to the OPTIONS in /etc/sysconfig/ntpd, and uncommented:

multicastclient # listen on default 224.0.1.1
restrict 224.0.1.1 mask 255.255.255.255 nomodify notrap

but it's not syncing up.

Also... anyone have any experience using a USB GPS mouse (like an
Earthmate) as a clock source on a server?

Thanks,

-Philip
