Regarding above, is this a dual head card? The secondary ID present.

Well, it has DVI and VGA connectors (I want to use the DVI), and claims to have "multiple monitor support". (The card is an ATI RADEON 9600 Graphics card, SKU 100-437004).

This matcches up with the comment on the secondary ID asked above. It appears to detect it, then cannot find it later.

This information probably needs to be submitted to bugzilla. I am only trying to learn from trying to decipher the information. By no way do I grasp all the problem scope.
