You'll need to find a yum repository with these packages built for FC4.

pbone just searches various sites; it isn't actually a coherent repository
that would be useful to yum. So that answer is "no, no one does".

If dependencies for an RPM you've downloaded *can* be resolved by the
repositories you've configured, "yum localinstall mydownloaded.rpm" will
work.

But the easiest way here is going to be to upgrade to FC5.
