I don't think qmail would be a good choice for you (even though I use it).
If you need to ask about which mail server you should use, you are going to
best off initially using something supported by Fedora.

You also might want to consider whether Fedora is really a good OS for you
to use for the company mail server. It is a pretty fast moving distro
with a relatively short supported life time, so that you will be needing to
do upgrades every year or two (depending on whether "legacy" support is
good enough for you). This isn't a deal breaker, but should be considered.
