it's simple really, all you do is mail --tell:hello mail, I would like to block the IP 147.208.184.149 forever, OK? DON'T SASS ME, DO IT NOW!!!!

You probably want to block the mail at the SMTP reception level, not
during spam processing.  IF you're using sendmail, you'd do this in the
access.db file.  In /etc/mail/access,

   connect: 147.208.184.149    REJECT

Then, make the access.db file

   makemap hash access.db < access
