[23:31:53 root@downloads]yum
There was a problem importing one of the Python modules
required to run yum. The error leading to this problem was:

   No module named yum

Please install a package which provides this module, or
verify that the module is installed correctly.

It's possible that the above module doesn't match the
current version of Python, which is:
2.3.5 (#1, Aug 25 2005, 09:17:42)
[GCC 3.4.2 20041017 (Red Hat 3.4.2-6.fc3)]

If you cannot solve this problem yourself, please go to
the yum faq at:

[23:31:55 root@downloads]python
Python 2.0.1 (#1, Jul 12 2006, 18:03:04)
[GCC 3.4.4 20050721 (Red Hat 3.4.4-2)] on linux2
Type "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import yum
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in ?
ImportError: No module named yum

[23:32:55 root@downloads]rpm -q python
python-2.4.3-8.FC5

[22:44:06 root@i386]rpm -q python-devel
package python-devel is not installed

Yum is not the only one that has the problem.
