Ok, just did that.
Ah, your case is even easier, set XDG_CONFIG_DIRS to point to *your*
directory,
XDG_CONFIG_DIRS=/usr/local/kde-svn-fc5/etc/xdg:/etc/xdg
There is an updates kdelibs in updates-testing now - it works on my
machines fine now.
Just do
yum --enablerepo updates-testing update kdelibs
In a few days no doubt this will be pushed into the normal updates.
