I am trying to install another host OS of Fedora Core 5, again using Vmware.
Have created the hard disk space for it (6 GB).

When I try to install FC5, it says that it cannot find harddrive, and tells
me to check hardware configuration.

I need to install FC5 to acquire the latest glibc (GNU C Library). The one
on FC4 does not have Routing Sockets and I hoping that FC5 would have it.

Thank you,

I have had some problems with the SCSI drive in vmware on a Windows XP
hosts, so I use IDE drives in vmware on Windows XP hosts.
