Right-click on the sender's email address in the message header;
select "copy link address"; click on the message reply button;
when the reply message window opens double or triple click
the 'send to' field to highlight; right-click and select paste -
it's kind of a kluge, but it works fine. This is for kmail -
your mileage may vary depending on what client you use.
