Yes, when it's ready.  It's usable now, but it's not ready.  It will
probably be at least version 0.4 before its ready.

It needs to handle Ctl-C better.  I'm fighting with yum and rpm and Python
itself.

It needs to initially choose a reasonable mirror, by checking all the
mirrors and avoiding any that are way behind.
