as an off topic...

i'm getting to be convinced that there is a small/lucrative business for
someone to put together the wireless card/software for FC(linux) that they
can pretty much guarantee will work.. and then to sell this as a bundle ....

hell.. i'd pay for it!!!!

this has to be one of the more frustrating things about linux...

Uhm, did you rebuild the kernel for the large stacks?  Both the module
and the kernel must be built with large stacks...you can't mix them.
