One way is to enable the livna repository, you can then keep an ntfs updated module in sync with kernel updates as they arrive, along with other "non-free" modules/apps you may want.
Or you can just install the rpm direct from the linux-ntfs project's sourceforge page (which seems to be down at the moment)
