FC5, emacs, xemacs, synaptics, scrolling

So I open a file with the GUI emacs or xemacs on my laptop with Synapticstouchpad, and when I try to use the touchpad right edge to scroll, I getnasty beeps and no scrolling. xemacs complains about buttons 4 and 5being undefined.


Anybody else seen this?
