okay, i modified the artec_eplus48u.conf file and trimmed it up so it only contains information about my scanner, i'm using the usb version, so i think i have it right but it still won't work; merely replies with invalid argument. i'm certain this will work if i or someone else (anyone!) can figure it out and post their answer!
