The box I am configuring is
       wnk.hamline.edu
I have other servers that are working.  I am not sure which server you
were attempting to look at but try
      http://wnk.hamline.edu/~wk
which is a local user on this server.

I looked at the links you included in your previous message and as far
as I can see they tell me to do what I am doing.
