No repo other than release & updates are in FC4 by default. With FC5
you'll also get fedora extras by default. atrpms/freshrpms/livna and
all the others are 3rd party repos and will never be shipped with
FC<N> by default.

Unless a revolution in U.S. patent laws happens you will always have
to perform extra activation steps to get your favourite multimedia
bits.
