How about

ftp://mirrors.kernel.org/fedora/core/updates/4/i386/kernel-xen0-2.6.13-1.1532_FC4.i686.rpm 

If you're in a pinch, I have the 2.6.13-1.1532_FC4 i686 kernel itself
and its modules, but not in RPM format.
