One way would be to download
http://ebcd.pcministry.com/download/oldbios.exe

This will create a boot floppy that ends up booting from a CD.
When you boot with the floppy, and have a bootable CD in the drive,
it acts the same as if your BIOS supported booting from CD. I have
also used it when the BIOS couldn't figure out how to boot from CD
when the system had more then one CD-ROM drive...

If you have a problem running the /exe, let me know and I will send
you an image file that works with dd.
