I don't know about any that offer live monitoring, but I've seen analog,
awstats, and webalizer for post-processing of log files.  There's
probably some network tools that could analyse port 80 traffic
independent of Apache's logs.  MRTG springs to mind as a potential
candidate, but I've never used it myself, just read some of its
documentation many years ago.
