If the sensors chip on your motherboard is supported by lm_sensors, then
you have to `yum install lm_sensors' first, followed by
`sensors-detect', after which a `sensors' should show you some values.
You may have to adjust /etc/sensors.conf.
To find out whether the sensors chip is supported, you have to compare
the information in your motherboard's manual and the list at
