Well, when did I first mention Norton Antivirus to be a candidate for
disturbing the TLS communication, 3 hours ago? ;)
Write a webpage with screenshots where users can easily follow the steps
to disable the outbound mail scanning. If the software is centrally
delivered, then change the configuration policy.
[I don't think complaining at Norton about the issue will ever change
anything.]
