I'd suggest you open a bug report about it bugzilla.redhat.com (At least
the oops.) Though I doubt that having interruptible_sleep_on_timeout
called in the wrong context (or so it seems) is the reason for your
problem.
Anyways, did you try mounting the NFS drives using autofs instead of
fstab? You might be dealing with a delayed network start the causes the
main mount to fail.
