If you can, please open a bug at http://bugzilla.redhat.com (product
"Fedora Extras", component "denyhosts") with as much detail as you can
so that I can take it up with the upstream developer.  (Or report it
to them directly.)

It would be a great help if you could detail in what way the security
context changed.  On an FC3 host DenyHosts seems to leave
/etc/hosts.deny as system_u:object_r:etc_t, which is also the default
context on a Centos 4.2 machine.  What did yours get changed to?
