No luck for the modem, there is no opensource driver for that chipset.

Hi all,
i've installed Fedora Core 4 on my notebook (a Packard Bell
EasyNote A5360).
The installation works well but i've two problems with
the Soundcard (there is No audio) and
with the  internal 56k modem that
isn't recognized by the system.
The Soundcard is a  Conexant 20468-31
AC'97 audio codec which is integrated on the mainboard of the EasyNote
A-series notebook while the modem is a  V.92 data/V.17 fax soft modem
(Conexant 56K HSF modem drivers).
Thanks in advance to anyones that
help me.
best ragards,
