With KDE/Konsole, it's a tab under (of all things -;)) Settings ->
Configure Konsole -> Schema. There's probably something similar with
Gnome.
I think you misunderstood me LOL When I hit ctrl+alt+F2 it gives me a
blank screen. Sorry I was not clear the first time.
