Always assuming that you can reproduce with the latest kernel (if you
can't, you'll probably find that the bug report is set to "need more
info" and there won't be any other progress until you do upgrade).

There's a 2.6.14 kernel in updates-testing (i.e. lots of bugfixes from
upstream, but it's still stabilising in the Fedora world). You might
want to test with that, too (usual disclaimers apply: back up anything
valuable first).
