If you want to install it these are the steps:
rpm -ivh netscape4-4.8-3.dag.src.rpm
cd /usr/src/redhat/SPECS
rpmbuild -bb netscape...spec
cd /usr/src/redhat/RPMS
rpm -Uvh netscape..rpm
or you maight get away with: rpmbuild --rebuild netscape4-4.8-3.dag.src.rpm
cd /usr/src/redhat/RPMS
rpm -Uvh netscape..rpm
