Have you tried "yum install mozilla" ?
mozilla-1.7.10-1.5.2.i386.rpm
I have been using mozilla since I found I don't really like the
separate programs of Firefox and Thunderbird.
Mozilla was in my initial install on three different machines.

I actually had told you how to get it in the quotes.
yum install mozilla
If you want to use a graphical package manager then
yum install yumex
and then you will have a graphical tool.
