If what you quoted above is information you get back from the recipient
mail system then nobody else than the mail administrator of that system
can tell. Under that circumstance I find that much too less information
for the sender and indicates the mail system user does not want mail
like it is common to recieve. Other way around: spam fighting is
legitimate and a necessity these days, but there are certainly some
misconfigured as overacting mail systems around. My wild guess is that
hotmail.com senders are blocked entirely? At least a dial-up RBL is in
use and rejects sending attempts from those known / listed IP blocks.
Daniel, you may send a mail to postmaster@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx and ask for the
specific reason of the bounce mail.

I share your point that people setting up their mail client in the way
to explicitly set a further reply-to address should take care that this
address accepts mail from any sending list subscriber.
And I too do not like adds to the list mail text which load further
stuff from some outside source. My client shows for the part in question
following source text:

<a
href=3D"http://adworks.rediff.com/cgi-bin/AdWorks/sigclick.cgi/www.redif=
f.com/signature-home.htm/1507191490@Middle5?PARTNER=3D3"><IMG
SRC=3D"http:/=
/adworks.rediff.com/cgi-bin/AdWorks/sigimpress.cgi/www.rediff.com/signature=
-home.htm/1963059423@Middle5?OAS_query=3Dnull&PARTNER=3D3" BORDER=3D0
VSPAC=
E=3D0 HSPACE=3D0></a>

I call that evil.

Btw. please avoid sending HTML formatted list mails. One reason is the
issue above.
