is there a package that will remotely run a UNIX command from a windows box? i am trying to fire off a script on my Linux box from my windows box. something similar to the rcmd command...

In the past I've done this with Cygwin and ssh.

You could also use a program called PuTTY. I use that from windows, and it works perfectly for me. It's a standalone program, so there is no installation necessary: just a signle executable.
