That package has an Epoch of 0.

That darcs package has an Epoch of 1.

I don't know where you got the seconds darcs rpm from and in which way
and order you installed both. Did you run `yum install darcs'? Then
because of different Epochs set in the package this situation came up.
Just uninstall the wrong package:

rpm -e darcs-1.0.2-1
