Thanks, Paul. I had already looked there - the last line says:
gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-test

If i go to the specified location I have the following list:
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-beta
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-extras
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-rawhide
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora-test
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-freshrpms
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-livna
file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-rawhide

No key for updates-testing -
Am I missing the clue?
